Community work

Travis is passionate about representation and providing resources to underrepresented voices to help their talent shine on a larger stage. Each year, TPM Consulting donates hours to consult with LGBTQIA+-led, women-led, and BIPOC-led brands, at no cost to the brand. Additionally, Travis engages with Soho House’s mentorship program as a mentor through Creative Voices. The mentorship program pairs young creatives from lower socioeconomic and underrepresented backgrounds with mentors to help support their goals and passions.
